A Day in the Life

No two days are ever the same, but one thing remains constant – delivering an exceptional customer experience.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be focused on managing your pipeline, following up enquiries, engaging with showroom visitors and ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service.

Your day will include:

  • Responding to telephone, digital and showroom enquiries
  • Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs
  • Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Presenting finance and value-added products
  • Managing your sales pipeline and customer database
  • Following up prospects and generating repeat business
  • Working closely with your colleagues to maximise every opportunity
  • Creating memorable handover experiences that customers will remember long after they collect their new vehicle
