Drop off process

  • Our Service Advisor to call you the day before to inform them of our procedures to protect you and our staff
  • We will ask you to confirm your current contact number and email address as no paperwork will be given.
  • you will be asked to empty any belongings from the car and to leave their locking wheel nut and service book on passenger seat.

Instructions for arrival

  • Park your car and drop all windows to vent car (weather permitting)
  • Please then enter our showroom wearing a face covering and our service team will check your car into the department.
  • Your car will be dressed by our service team with appropriate protective equipment such as steering wheel, gear lever and seat coverings.
  • Please be aware that we will be only carrying out exterior washes unless your car is free from all personal belongings. This is completely discretionary by the Aftersales Manager.

Arranging Collection

  • Service Advisor will process invoice and health check as normal and call you to inform car ready for collection
  • We will Take payment over the phone via Bank Transfer or by WORLDPAY. This is to suit you.
  • We will arrange a collection time with you and instruct you to call on arrival at Batchelors.
  • We will Email you an invoice and health check paperwork as there will not be a paper copy on collection.

Collection and Delivery Process

  • Service Advisor will call you prior to instruct collection time and advise who will be collecting the vehicle
  • We will ask you to confirm all contact details and request all belongings are removed from the car, leaving locking wheel nut and service book on passenger seat
  • Our driver will then call you on arrival to arrange safe collection of keys adhering to the 2 meter social distancing rules and wearing protective gloves.
  • Our driver will then drive car back to dealership wearing protective gloves
  • We will arrange a collection time with you and instruct you to call on arrival at Batchelors.
  • We will Email you an invoice and health check paperwork as there will not be a paper copy on drop off of your car.
  • Service Advisor to re-sanitise keys before driver delivers vehicle back to customer
  • Our Driver will then call you on arrival and arrange safe key drop off to you, they will collect courtesy car and return to the dealership.
