At Batchelors Motor Group, we are proud to recognise and celebrate the dedication, positivity, and commitment of our teams through our I-CAN initiative. This monthly award is designed to shine a spotlight on those individuals who consistently go the extra mile, delivering excellence and embodying the very best of our values.
Each month, colleagues put forward nominations for those who have stood out — whether through exceptional customer service, teamwork, or going above and beyond in their role. From those nominations, one individual is selected as the monthly I-CAN Winner.
Alongside this, we also run our We-CAN initiative, a quarterly recognition programme that celebrates collective achievement. While I-CAN focuses on individuals, We-CAN recognises entire teams, locations, or departments that have delivered exceptional results or shown outstanding teamwork.
