Renault has secured multiple successes in Diesel&EcoCar Magazine’s Used Car Top 50 Awards 2026, with the Renault Clio and Renault Scenic E-Tech electric both claiming category wins, while the Renault Arkana also featured in the prestigious Top 50 list.
In the magazine’s annual ranking of the best used cars on sale today, the Renault Clio achieved an impressive second place overall, earning it the title of ‘Best Used Small Car 2026’.
The Clio’s success was joined by the Renault Scenic E-Tech electric, which finished fifth overall and claimed the title of ‘Best Used Medium Electric SUV 2026’. Renault’s strong showing is further reinforced by the inclusion of the Renault Arkana, which appears in the Top 50 at number 35.
The awards are determined by the Diesel & Eco Car Magazine expert judging panel, which assessed more than 1,000 used cars, narrowing them down to a shortlist of 50 standout models based on factors including purchase price, residual value, overall competence and suitability for purpose.

The judges also highlighted the appeal of the Renault Arkana in the Used Car Top 50, praising its blend of design and efficiency: “Renault’s coupé-influenced Arkana offers style and efficiency in a practical package… A distinctive alternative to mainstream crossovers, combining flair with everyday usability.”
