At Batchelors Motor Group, we’re proud to celebrate the dedication and commitment of our team through our I-CAN initiative — a monthly recognition programme that highlights individuals who go above and beyond in their roles.
Each month, colleagues nominate team members who demonstrate excellence, teamwork, positivity, and that all-important “can-do” attitude. From those nominations, one standout individual is chosen as our I-CAN Winner.
Alongside this, our We-CAN initiative runs quarterly, celebrating the achievements of entire teams, locations, or departments that have gone the extra mile together.
We are delighted to announce that our I-CAN Award Winner for September 2025 is: Heather Cummings

We’re thrilled to announce that Heather Cummings is our latest I-CAN Award Winner!
Despite being new to Batchelors, Heather has already shown incredible enthusiasm, resilience, and dedication in her role. Customers are delighted with the service she provides, and she’s already selling more cars than expected, demonstrating the drive and determination that the business and brand deserve.
Heather’s win comes from a strong list of nominations, which also included:

To recognise her hard work, Heather has been awarded a £50 Love to Shop voucher and a bottle of wine.
And now for a very Batchelors twist… despite proving that she “I-CAN” do her role (and more!), Heather discovered there are some things she can’t do — like stepping off a roadside kerb safely! After a simple misstep (no drinks involved), she injured her ankle and is now sporting not one, but two crutches.
Here she is, balancing like a pro with her I-CAN award and one crutch in hand. Don’t laugh — that’s our job!
