Order books for the 2026 Dacia Spring open today with prices starting from only £12,240 on-the-road thanks to a £3,750 customer saving with Dacia's Electric Car Grant^. This is available to customers wishing to finance their car too*.
As a result, Spring clearly maintains its position as the UK’s most affordable new electric car despite introducing stronger performance, greater usability and a host of engineering improvements. Dacia is delivering on all the promises made for Spring, its first all-electric model, without sacrificing everyday drivability or range.
With its refreshed chassis, retuned suspension and upgraded braking system, the latest Dacia Spring has been engineered to feel more secure, more composed and more capable across a wider range of everyday situations. Two new, more powerful electric motors provide significantly improved acceleration, while a new 24.3 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery delivers a WLTP driving range of up to 140 miles – easily covering a typical working week on a single charge. The use of LFP technology is a first in the Renault Group and offers optimised thermal safety, longevity and cost.
A new 40 kW onboard DC charger can recharge the battery from 20-80% in just 29 minutes.
Inside, the 2026 Spring benefits from an upgraded digital experience, with a crisp 7-inch digital driver display as standard across the range. Enhanced materials and Dacia’s ingenious YouClip® accessory system make the cabin more practical and user-friendly than ever, while Extreme versions introduce a larger 10.1-inch multimedia display with wireless smartphone connectivity.
Offered in a clear and simple choice of two versions the new Dacia Spring range starts with the Expression Electric 70 priced at only £15,990 on-the-road excluding Dacia’s Electric Car Grant. Powered by the new 70 hp motor, its standard equipment includes air conditioning, cruise control with speed limiter, electric front windows, rear parking sensors, rear wash-wipe, central locking, fully digital instrument display, and Dacia’s clever Media Control with steering wheel-mounted controls.
For only £1,000 more, priced from £16,990 on-the-road, excluding Dacia’s Electric Car Grant, the Spring Extreme Electric 100 gains the more powerful 100 hp motor and a richer specification. It adds copper-accented styling, electric rear windows, heated and electronically-adjustable door mirrors, front and rear parking sensors with reverse camera, 10.1-inch Media Nav Live with wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, additional USB connectivity and the versatility of Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) functionality.
Six colours are available, starting with Polar White, Khaki, Lightning Grey, Brick Red, Stonewash Blue and – new for 2026 – Seafoam.
