Rosie’s journey with Batchelors has taken her from the showroom floors of York and Ripon to a well-earned break for maternity leave—and now she’s back, bringing her energy, experience, and multitasking superpowers to the brand-new role of Group Sales Support. Whether she’s in Ripon, York, Otley, or Malton, Rosie’s the glue that holds it all together (and she somehow manages to do it all part-time).
Her comfort food mantra? Three words, said three times: McDonald’s. McDonald’s. McDonald’s. Golden arches, golden standard.
When it comes to cars, Rosie’s already ticked off some serious cool points with an Audi TT 3.2 V6 in her driveway, but her dream ride is the ultimate mix of style and practicality—a Range Rover Sport. One day…
Weekends are for caravan and camping trips, whether that’s a show or an escape to the Lakes. She’s also got a taste for far-flung adventures—Las Vegas and Mexico top her “best trips so far” list, but the Maldives is still calling her name.
Career-wise, Rosie thought she’d head into childcare (she studied it all through school and college), but fate had other plans. She “fell into” sales by mistake—and never looked back.
Music? Not her thing. But real-life murder documentaries? That’s a playlist she’ll happily binge for hours. Forget Top 40—Rosie’s true crime all the way.
So, whether she’s keeping the sales teams across all four sites ticking along, planning her next caravan trip, or sneaking in a cheeky McDonald’s run, Rosie is living proof that sometimes the best career paths are the ones you never planned.
