Pam keeps the wheels turning (literally and figuratively) in the York showroom, making sure the paperwork’s perfect, the process is smooth, and the team’s running like clockwork. Behind the scenes? Maybe. Essential? Absolutely.
She’s a self-confessed chocoholic with a serious talent for homemade lasagne and a Sunday roast that could stop traffic. And while she might call her hobbies “boring,” don’t be fooled—between cross-stitch, knitting, dog walks, and a surprisingly sharp eye for decorating, she’s got more strings to her bow than most.
Her pride and joy? A bright yellow Nissan Juke Tekna that turns heads everywhere it goes. Coolest car on the street? Quite possibly.
Holidays are for sunshine, colour, and culture—Morocco is a firm favourite, but Jamaica still takes the top spot for best trip ever (so far!).
As a child, Pam had her heart set on being a nurse—though she admits she never quite chased that dream. Instead, she found her place at Batchelors, where her care, attention to detail, and warm personality make just as much of a difference.
Her soundtrack of choice? Simply Red all the way—“Fairground” and “Stars” top the list, though she still remembers seeing Gary Glitter live (yes, that actually happened).
So whether she’s cross-stitching at home, keeping the sales team in check, or enjoying a well-earned square of chocolate (or three), Pam is the quietly brilliant force that helps make Batchelors York the well-oiled machine it is today.
