Meet Olivia Billingsley, Service Advisor at Batchelors York and proud Liverpudlian, bringing top-tier organisation skills and a touch of Scouse charm to our team.
Saturdays are sacred for Olivia—mainly because that’s when you’ll find her armed with Chinese takeaway and living her best life. When she's not making sure your service runs smoother than a freshly waxed bonnet, Olivia’s either playing darts, following F1, or after riding horses for 17 years she'll be dreaming about buying that horse all for herself.
Cool cars? She’s already living the dream. Olivia set her sights on an Audi A1 and made it happen—proof that a bit of ambition (and a lot of horsepower) goes a long way.
Her travel highlight? An unforgettable school trip to Beijing back in 2017. But her bucket list still has space at the top for the Maldives, where white sands and turquoise waters await—preferably without a work call interrupting.
Once destined to be a vet, Olivia’s career plans changed the moment she realised blood and guts weren’t quite her thing. Good news for us, though, because now she keeps Batchelors York running like clockwork—minus the veterinary emergencies.
