Before he was making engines purr and customer service run like clockwork, Andy Hunt was the man behind the lens—literally. With 12 years in photography and lighting for TV ads (yes, those DFS commercials), Andy knows a thing or two about attention to detail and getting the perfect shot... or service booking.
These days, he’s swapped softbox lighting for diagnostics tools, but that creative flair still shines through—especially when it comes to leading the Otley service team with charm, efficiency, and the occasional dad joke.
Andy’s comfort food of choice? It’s a toss-up between a spicy Indian curry and a classic steak pie—so basically, anything that requires a lie-down afterward. His dream rides have always had a rugged streak: a V8 Range Rover, Land Rover Series 3, and a 90 have all had pride of place in his motoring history.
Dream getaway? He’s a big fan of Padstow in Cornwall (who isn’t?), but a trip to Pompeii left a lasting impression—history, heat, and zero car troubles.
While he once dreamed of a career capturing perfect moments through a camera lens, these days he’s helping customers through perfectly smooth servicing experiences instead. And honestly, we think he’s nailed both.
