If engines could talk, they’d probably ask for Aaron Allison. As one of our skilled Vehicle Technicians in Malton, Aaron is the man keeping things running smoothly—quietly working his magic under the bonnet while the rest of us just turn the key and hope for the best.
Originally from Beverley and now based in Pickering, Aaron’s Yorkshire roots run deep—but it’s his passion for cars that really drives him (pun fully intended). Growing up, he had dreams of becoming a race car driver… and while he’s still waiting on that race car to arrive, it’s safe to say he’s not far off living the dream—just on the technical side of the pit lane.
His own motoring history includes a Ford Fiesta Metal Edition—a solid choice—but his dream machine is on a whole different level: a Porsche 911 GT3 RS 991.2 with an MR kit. Subtle? Not quite. Impressive? Absolutely.
When he’s not in the workshop, Aaron keeps things firmly car-focused. Whether it’s heading to car meets, watching racing events, or deep-diving into car YouTube, it’s safe to say this isn’t just a job—it’s a full-time interest.
Food-wise, Aaron keeps it classic. Pizza is the go-to comfort choice, while a good steak or a stir-fry takes top spot when it’s time for a proper meal. Simple, solid, and does the job—much like his approach to work.
On the travel front, Aaron’s dream is all about the open road: a full-blown American road trip. Big highways, iconic cars, and endless miles—sounds about right.
Musically, he’s got a soft spot for the 2000s and 2010s—so expect a playlist packed with throwbacks and crowd-pleasers to keep things moving in the workshop.
Skilled, focused, and fuelled by a genuine love for all things automotive, Aaron is a key part of the team. And if that race car ever does turn up… we wouldn’t bet against him.
