Branch Opening Times

Our opening times are

Monday - Friday  - All Departments - 08:30 / 18:00

Saturday  - All Departments (Excluding Accounts / Admin) - 08:30 / 17:30

Sunday - Closed.

Our process to keep you and our team safe. 

The Company will be carrying out Servicing, Mot’s and Pre booked Repairs only. There will be no unbooked / waiting appointments or courtesy cars allowed. The front showroom doors MUST stay locked at all times and no contact allowed.

Drop off process

  • Our Service Advisor to call you the day before to inform them of our procedures to protect you and our staff
  • We will ask you to confirm your current contact number and email address as no paperwork will be given.
  • you will be asked to empty any belongings from the car and to leave their locking wheel nut and service book on passenger seat.

Instructions for arrival

  • Park your car and drop all windows to vent car (weather permitting)
  • Please then call reception to inform of arrival
  • Then, please enter entrance hall one at a time and drop keys on table 

Arranging Collection

  • Service Advisor will process invoice and health check as normal and call you to inform car ready for collection
  • We will Take payment over the phone via Bank Transfer or by WORLDPAY. This is to suit you.
  • We will arrange a collection time with you and instruct you to call on arrival at Batchelors.
  • We will Email  you an invoice and health check paperwork as there will not be a paper copy on collection.

Collection

  • On customer return [calling from outside] leave key at collection point and re-sanitise keys

Collection and Delivery Process

  • Service Advisor will call you prior to instruct collection time and advise who will be collecting the vehicle
  • We will ask you to confirm all contact details and request all belongings are removed from the car, leaving locking wheel nut and service book on passenger seat
  • Ten minutes before driver arrives please ask lower all windows to vent car
  • Our driver will then call you on arrival to arrange safe collection of keys adhering to the 2 meter social distancing rules and wearing protective gloves.
  • Our driver will then drive car back to dealership wearing protective gloves
  • We will arrange a collection time with you and instruct you to call on arrival at Batchelors.
  • We will Email you an invoice and health check paperwork as there will not be a paper copy on drop off of your car.
  • Service Advisor to re-sanitise keys before driver delivers vehicle back to customer
  • Our Driver will then call you on arrival and arrange safe key drop off to you, they will collect courtesy car and return to the dealership.
