Batchelors of Malton – Valeting Supervisor Position

Batchelors Motor Group are looking for a Valeting Supervisor to join our team at our brand-new Malton showroom, opened in September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a state of the art Omoda & Jaecoo dealership, helping ensure every vehicle is presented to the exceptional standards our customers expect.

What You’ll Do:

• Organise and supervise the valeting team
• Prepare new and used vehicles to a high standard
• Ensure the showroom, forecourt and pitch areas are clean and well presented
• Inspect vehicles and report and issues before handover
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to manage vehicle preparation

Requirements:

• Previous vehicle valeting experience (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lead and organise a team

Salary: £13.50 per hour plus bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
