Transaction Manager - Omoda & Jaecoo

Location: Batchelors Malton

We’re looking for a full-time Transaction Manager to join our welcoming team at Batchelors Malton. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a genuine family-run business that prides itself on high standards, friendly service, and a supportive working environment.

About You

You’re someone who listens first, understands what customers need, and adapts your approach to give them confidence. As a Transaction Manager, you’ll be comfortable working to targets, staying organised, and turning every opportunity into great customer experiences.

We’re looking for:

  • Strong sales skills with a genuine commitment to customer care
  • Experience in F&I, deal stacking, second-facing, and coaching sales teams
  • The confidence to support both the team and the Sales Manager day-to-day
  • Motor Trade experience — ideally as a Senior Sales Executive, Business Manager, or Transaction Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing all new and used vehicle sales enquiries
  • Supporting the sales team Finance & addon product performance across new and used sales.
  • Maximising vehicle and add-on product profitability
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and completing monthly self-audits
  • Supporting the development of sales plans, processes and procedures
  • Being fully conversant with all Sales Department systems and standards
