Batchelors Motor Group are currently looking for a Trainee Service Advisor to join their Service team in Ripon.
The successful applicant will learn the role of a Service Advisor by working closely with the Service team who will provide on the job training, in addition to receiving manufacturer training.
The main duties of the role is to accommodate our customer's needs by administering service bookings, carrying out pre-calls prior to the customer visit, raising job cards, updating customers on service progress, upselling identified work, and preparing and creating invoices.
The ideal candidate will need to be customer focused, confident, have good organisational skills and be able to use their own initiative. Previous customer service experience is essential for this role. A full driving licence would be an advantage but is not essential at this stage.
The standard working week is Monday to Friday is 8.00 am to 5.30 pm.
Salary will be in dependant on age and will be in line with NLW.
