What You’ll Earn

During Training

• £23,000 basic salary
• Guaranteed commission of £300 per month for the first 3 months

After Training (typically within 3–6 months)

• £23,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission
• Realistic OTE £45,000+++
• Company car
