Kineholme of Otley - Service Advisor
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service for all our customers at Kineholme of Otley.
The Main Duties:
- Book customers in for their annual Service and MOT.
- Accurately gathering customer data and information about their car.
- Communicate with customer and our team to ensure deadlines are met.
-Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Utilise software systems to manage customer interactions and sales data effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
- Work with the car sales team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to aftersales support.
- Work with and support the Parts Department to deliver a seamless process.
- Ultimately have the enthusiasm to go above and beyond to deliver fantastic customer service.
What we need from you:
- Experience in either or both Service and Parts is a must.
- Demonstratable customer service experience
- Exemplary time management.
- A can-do attitude and the enthusiasm for being in a great team.

Working Times:
The standard working week is Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00
