This is an opportunity for an experienced, high-performing Car Sales Consultant who wants to maximise earnings while working in a supportive, people-focused environment.

Your Role

• Sell new and used vehicles along with finance and add-on products
• Maximise every sales opportunity and consistently exceed targets
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality customer journey
• Build long-term relationships and generate repeat business
• Represent the Batchelors brand with professionalism and energy

About You – Proven Performer Required

We are specifically looking for established car sales professionals who can perform from day one.

Essential:

• Proven success in car sales
• Experience within a franchised dealership preferred
• Strong closing skills and consistent target achievement
• High levels of self-motivation and drive
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence
