Batchelors Motor Group are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their sales team in York. Batchelors is a respected family business with motor dealerships based in Ripon, York, Otley and Malton and represents amazing brands such as Omoda, Jaecoo, Suzuki, Renault and Dacia.

Job Purpose:

To record, process and maintain accurate records on all aspects of Sales Administration daily for both retail and corporate sales.

Salary: £28,000 pa

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taxing Used Cars
• Completing Change of Ownership for Used Cars
• Registering and Taxing New Cars through the correct channels
• Invoicing New and Used Cars
• Adding Supplementary costs to stock cards for preparation.
• Purchasing costs
• Ensuring that Key detail and information is correct and correcting if errors are found
• Checking sales reports and reconciling to ensure information is correct
• Checking stock reports
• Vehicle stock reconciliation
• Chasing manufacturer bonus's
• Other usual daily tasks that are expected from a Sales Administration Role

• Previous motor trade experience an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Customer focused
• Good team player
• Good attention to detail
• ITC skills
• Driving licence preferred but not essential
