Sales Administrator – Batchelors Ripon (Omoda & Jaecoo)
Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent


About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join us from day one and take ownership of the day-to-day administration for our new and used car sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taxing Used Cars
  • Completing Change of Ownership for Used Cars
  • Registering and Taxing New Cars through the correct channels
  • Invoicing New and Used Cars
  • Adding Supplementary costs to stock cards for preparation.
  • Purchasing costs
  • Ensuring that Key detail and information is correct and correcting if errors are found
  • Checking sales reports and reconciling to ensure information is correct
  • Checking stock reports
  • Vehicle stock reconciliation
  • Chasing manufacturer bonus's
  • Other usual daily tasks that are expected from a Sales Administration Role
