BATCHELORS OF YORK - CUSTOMER RELATIONS ADVISOR (SALES)

Batchelors of York are looking to recruit a Customer Relations Advisor to help enhance our customer's experience and to be a point of contact for all our customers. As a key team member you will closely work with our service departments based in York, Ripon and Otley in all aspects of customer contact and retention.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. A job role would be considered and we would need a degree of flexibility regarding hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Contacting our service customers to book scheduled appointments for servicing and MOT's - no cold calling is involved
• Contacting lapsed customers to book appointments for servicing, MOT's
• Contacting customers to upsell work identified by our technicians on the customer's last visit
• Customer satisfaction calls
• Providing lunchtime cover on service desk
• Answering customer web reviews
• Database management

Key Competencies:-

• Have previous sales, telesales or customer service experience
• Have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to make customers feel at ease on the phone
• Be a confident communicator that will develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers in order to maximise bookings and customer retention
• Be enthusiastic, possess a positive attitude and be self motivated to complete daily tasks
• Be passionate about customer care
