In order to enhance the service we give to our customers, we are looking to recruit a Customer Contact Exec to join our team at Batchelors of York.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contacting our service customers for to book scheduled appoointments for servicing and MOT's - no cold calling is involved
  • Contacting lapsed customers to book appointments for servicing, MOT's and work identified by our technicians on the customer's last visit
  • Customer satisfaction calls
  • Answering customer web reviews
  • Database administration

  • Key Competencies

  • Have previous telesales experience
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to make customers feel at ease on the phone
  • Be a confident communicator that will develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers in order to maximise bookings and customer retention
  • Be enthusiastic, possess a positive attitude and be self motivated to complete daily tasks
  • Be passionate about customer care


£19,000 to £25,000 per annum


40 hour week but will considerable a job share.
