How to Set Up and Use the Jaecoo Mobile App

Step 1: Download the Jaecoo App

1. Search for “Jaecoo” in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
2. Tap Download and install the app.
3. Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth and GPS are turned on for the best experience.

Step 2: Create Your Account

1. Open the app and tap Sign Up.
2. Enter your email or mobile number, create a password, and agree to the terms.
3. Verify your account with the code sent to your phone or email.
4. Once verified, log in and personalize your profile (add your name, photo, or nickname).

Tip: Use the same email or phone number used when registering your Jaecoo vehicle to ensure smooth synchronization.

Step 3: Add Your Vehicle

1. Go to My Vehicle and tap Add Vehicle.
2. You can either:
   • Scan the QR code displayed in your car’s infotainment system or in the owner’s manual, or
   • Enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) manually.
3. The app will automatically connect and sync with your Jaecoo.

Once added, you can view information such as fuel or battery levels, mileage, and service details — all in one place.

Step 4: Connect Your Car via Bluetooth or Network

1. Start your Jaecoo and activate Bluetooth or Jaecoo Connect mode.
2. Follow the prompts on your phone to pair your device with the car.
3. Confirm the pairing code displayed on both screens.
4. Once linked, your app will receive real-time updates and enable remote control functions.

Step 5: Explore Key Features

• Vehicle Locator: Locate your Jaecoo instantly using GPS tracking.
• Remote Lock/Unlock: Secure or access your car anytime, anywhere.
• Status Monitor: Check battery, fuel, and maintenance information in real time.

• Smart Alerts: Receive notifications for low fuel, maintenance schedules, or open doors.
