Job Purpose:
To assist our customers in the purchase of new / used cars and associated products. Maximise our sale potential whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Reports to: Showroom Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Saturday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Sunday 11.00 am to 4.00 pm. You have one fixed day off per week and alternate weekends off.
Salary: £22,691 per annum. Upon completion of training (usually between 3 to 6 months) you will be eligible for sales commission. Realistic OTE of £35,000 per annum, which is uncapped.

- Understand vehicle features, characteristics, etc. to maximise sales potential
- Achieve vehicle sales targets whilst maximising profitability
- Provide industry leading customer service
- Recognise, process and follow-up sales prospects
- Seek to generate new business.
- Build and maintain great relationships with existing and new customers to maximise future sales
- Closing sales by overcoming objections, negotiation, etc.
- Sell additional dealership services to increase continued custom
- Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, completing sales contracts and other sales administration
- Work closely in accordance with Finance and General Insurance regulations
- Raise the profile of the dealership and enhancing the reputation of the business
Key Competencies:- A full UK driving licence
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Team player
- Good IT skills
- Ability to record personalised videos via iPad to our customers upon enquiry
Experience / Requirements:
Ideally, you will have worked in a face to face, retail or sales based role.
Willing to attend manufacture training. Competent at using ICT, Maths and English.
Interviews will be held on 19th and 22nd August.
