Transaction Manager OTE 45k plus Company Car

Batchelors Ripon Omoda / Jaecoo are looking for an experienced Transaction Manager to work within their Sales department.

We are looking for an experienced, exceptional, motivated and target orientated Car Sales Manager. This is an opportunity to become part of an exciting and expanding family business.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8.45 am to 6.00 pm and Saturday 8.45 am to 5.00 pm with a day off during the week. The business is closed every Sunday (apart from New Car Events) and Bank Holidays.

The successful individual will need understanding of the values required to deal with both premium and volume car products along with customers who have chosen us because of our TLC not PLC ethos. They will also need to be able to motivate and progress the sales staff at the branch with a positive and encouraging approach to make sure targets are exceeded and customers receive the highest level of customer service at all times.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, duties will include supporting the sales team by building offers, selling add on products, second facing customers, ensuring the department is compliant with FCA legislation, managing deal files and logging showroom activity.

It is important that you understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations and are able to build rapport with customers quickly. You will be expected to monitor finance performance against budget, as well as identify and address shortfalls. Working with management to coach and develop the skills of the team to achieve its business objectives.

Previous experience as a Transaction Manager and a valid UK driving licence is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, excel at relationship building, possess good negotiating skills and have the proven ability to use their own initiative.
