The Role

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for delivering a high-level customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond.

You’ll be expected to:

• Manage and convert enquiries effectively
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Maximise opportunities through finance and add-on products
• Create engaging video content and vehicle presentations
• Maintain excellent follow-up and diary management
• Drive repeat business and customer retention
• Consistently perform against targets and KPIs

This is a role for somebody who enjoys closing deals, building relationships and performing in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Earn

• £25,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission structure
• Realistic OTE £52,000+
• Company car

What We’re Looking For

We are specifically looking for candidates with:

• Minimum 3 years automotive sales experience
• Strong finance and add-on performance
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Good understanding of digital and video-based selling
• Strong organisational and follow-up ability
• Full UK driving licence

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, professional, commercially aware and hungry to succeed.
