Batchelors of York require an experienced Car Sales Administrator to join their sales team. Batchelors is a respected family business with motor dealerships based in Ripon, York, Otley and soon to be in Malton.

Job Purpose:

To record, process and maintain accurate records on all aspects of Sales Administration daily for both retail and corporate sales.

Reports to: Finance Director

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.

• Taxing cars
• Invoicing new and used vehicles
• Purchasing costs
• Setting up vehicles
• Checking sales reports
• Checking stock reports
• Vehicle stock reconciliation
• Chasing manufacturer bonuses

• Previous motor trade experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Customer focused
• Good team player
• Eye for detail
• ITC skills
• Driving licence preferred but not essential
