    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Batchelors Motor Group require an outstanding Business Sales Manager for our Ripon & York territory. Batchelors is a respected family business and motor dealership based in Ripon and York. We represent two fantastic franchises, Suzuki and Mitsubishi.

    Job Purpose:

    To build on our already successful fleet B2B sales operation and provide additional incremental sales volume to our North Yorkshire dealerships.

    Reports to: Sales Manager

    Hours: 8:30 – 6:00 Mon to Fri, weekends when required to meet a customer demand

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understand vehicle features, characteristics, etc. to maximise sales potential
    • Develop local B2B relationships
    • Understand the vehicle rental market and promote accordingly
    • Adhere to a short, medium and long term contact plan
    • Achieve vehicle sales targets whilst maximising profitability
    • Provide industry leading customer service
    • Recognise, process and follow-up sales prospects
    • Seek to generate new business by active prospecting and other marketing methods
    • Build and maintain great relationships with existing and new customers to maximise future sales
    • Closing sales by overcoming objections, negotiation, etc.
    • Sell additional dealership services to increase continued custom
    • Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, completing sales contracts and other sales administration
    • Raise the profile of the dealership and enhancing the reputation of the business

     

    Key Competencies:

    • A full UK driving licence
    • Flexible to working patterns
    • Ability to use IPad and Desktop
    • Target driven
    • Excellent listening and communication skills
    • Team player

     

    Experience / Requirements:

    You will have worked within a similar role. Willing to attend manufacture training. Competent at using ICT, Maths & English.
